Pricing

One platform price. Everything else is arithmetic.

Three numbers decide your bill: the platform, how many buildings you run, and how many scanners are on the floor. No feature gates, no per-seat charge for the office, and no edition where the useful parts cost extra.

The model

What you are actually paying for.

We publish the shape of the bill here and the figures on the call, because the right starting device count depends on your floor and quoting it blind helps nobody.

PLT

The platform

One monthly price covering your first warehouse, a starting allowance of scanner devices, and unlimited office users. Every capability is in it. There is no edition where cycle counting costs extra.

WHS

Additional warehouse

A fixed monthly amount per extra building. Same ledger, same console, same scanners. A second warehouse is a second building, not a second subscription.

DEV

Additional scanner device

A fixed monthly amount per device beyond the included allowance, with the rate stepping down as the count rises. A device is anything signed into the floor app: a rugged unit, a phone, a tablet on a cart.

Always included

Unlimited office users, every capability, theQuickBooks Online connection, and support for anything the software gets wrong. Those are not add-ons and never will be.

Support

When something breaks, that is ours. On every plan.

Included support covers the software not doing what it says it does. The paid tiers buy response time and a monthly allowance of help with your own configuration, which is a different thing from a defect.

Included

On every plan

If the software is not doing what it says it does, that is ours to fix, on every plan. Defects are never an upsell.

Standard AMS

Optional

Faster response targets, a monthly allowance of configuration help, and a named contact for the questions that are about your warehouse rather than about a bug.

Premium AMS

Optional

The shortest response targets, a larger configuration allowance, and a phone that rings. For floors where an hour of downtime is measured in trucks.

Questions

The short answers.

Why meter devices instead of users?

Devices track how much floor the software is actually running. Office users cost us nothing to add, so charging for them would only discourage the people who should be looking at the data from logging in.

What counts as a device?

Anything signed into the floor app: a rugged Android unit, a phone, a tablet zip-tied to a cart. Office logins to the console are not devices and are not counted.

What if we only take Included support and inventory goes wrong?

We fix it. Defects are ours on every plan. The paid tiers set response times and give you configuration help, they do not buy the right to a working product.

Can we change support tier later?

Yes, monthly, in either direction. Plenty of floors run a paid tier through go-live and drop back to Included once the process settles.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

Bring this up on the demo call. Implementation scope varies with how many bins, item groups and integrations are in play, and quoting it without seeing your floor would be a guess.

Is there a free trial?

Two weeks, full access, starting after the demo call rather than before it. Every capability is switched on, there is no feature-locked trial edition, and you leave the call with the system already carrying data. We run the demo first on purpose: a warehouse system with none of your bins or item groups in it teaches you nothing except that it is empty, and handing out cold logins wastes your afternoon before it wastes ours.

Do you integrate with our other systems?

QuickBooks Online is the only integration today. That is the whole list, and it is included rather than an add-on. More are planned, and which ones get built first follows what customers ask for, so telling us what you run is genuinely useful. Until then Hangar runs standalone with manual and CSV entry, which is a supported way to work rather than a workaround.

We ship direct to consumers. Does Hangar work for us?

The warehouse half works the same whoever the order is for: bins, picks, packs and counts do not care. What Hangar does not do yet is talk to shipping carriers, so it will not rate shop, buy postage or print parcel labels, and you would keep whatever you use for that today. Plenty of operations run exactly that way. Direct to consumer is not who we built it for first, so tell us what your volume and your shipping setup look like and we will be straight with you about whether it fits.

We are a third-party logistics provider. Does Hangar work for us?

Not yet. Running a warehouse for several clients needs per-client inventory separation and per-client billing, and the billing side does not exist. We would rather say so now than three weeks into an implementation.
