Integrations

QuickBooks Online, or nothing at all.

One warehouse management integration today, and we would rather say so plainly than imply a catalogue. Connect QuickBooks Online and the paperwork follows the freight on its own. Run standalone and keep the back office you already have. Either way the warehouse works exactly the same.

HangarOwns quantity
QuickBooksOwns value

Prices and costs never touch the warehouse floor. Hangar never computes value, and QuickBooks never guesses quantity.

What is connected

One live integration. We will not pad the list.

Plenty of warehouse software advertises a wall of logos where most of them turn out to be a CSV export and a promise. Here is the honest state of it.

Live today

QuickBooks Online

Purchase orders and sales documents in, receipts, shipments and count adjustments back out. Full detail below.

In the pipeline

Everything else

More connections are planned, and which ones get built first is decided by what customers actually ask for rather than by what looks impressive on a page. Nothing else is connected today.

No integration needed

Hangar also runs fully standalone, with items, orders and expected receipts entered manually or by CSV. Nothing about the warehouse depends on being connected to anything.

QuickBooks Online · Data flows

What syncs, and which way.

A short list, on purpose. Hangar moves quantities and documents. It does not mirror your whole company file. The warehouse work behind these flows is on theproduct page.

Purchase ordersinto Hangar
POs pull in as expected receipts. The dock sees what is coming, and tolerances are set before the truck is.
Receiptsback to QuickBooks
Confirmed receipts post back against the PO. Quantities and units, with source values echoed unchanged.
Ordersinto Hangar
Sales documents import as work to release. Hangar never edits, prices or approves them. That stays in QuickBooks.
Shipmentsback to QuickBooks
Closed deliveries post back. Invoicing starts from what actually left the building, not from what was hoped.
Count varianceback to QuickBooks
Counted differences become inventory adjustments. Each one carries the reason code the counter selected on the scanner.
Prices and costsnever
Echoed, never computed. Hangar owns quantity, QuickBooks owns value. That line does not move.

Reliability and modes

Sync never blocks the floor.

Built to survive an outage

Warehouse work posts locally first, always. Integration messages queue and deliver in the background with retries, so when QuickBooks has a bad afternoon your pickers do not. Nothing external ever runs inside a stock posting.

Standalone mode

No QuickBooks? Same product, same ledger, same scanners, with the delivery worker simply switched off. The office works from Hangar's own documents and exports, and you can turn QuickBooks on later without migrating anything.

See the round trip, live.

Bring a sandbox company file to the demo and watch a purchase order become a receipt become a posted bill. If you need a connection we do not have yet, that call is the right place to say so.
